First Aid at Work (3-Day Course)

This 3-day First Aid at Work (FAW) course is a comprehensive training programme designed for individuals who are designated workplace first aiders, or who wish to gain a deeper level of first aid knowledge and confidence. The course provides a full spectrum of training, from life-saving emergency response to the management of a wide range of illnesses and injuries that may occur in a working environment.
The course also meets the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, and is suitable for a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, education, construction, hospitality, retail, and more.
Course Breakdown
- Day 1: Emergency First Aid at Work — covering life-saving interventions such as CPR, AED use, choking response, and managing an unresponsive casualty.
- Days 2 & 3: Extended First Aid — covering illness and injury management, including conditions such as stroke, asthma, diabetes, allergic reactions, and more.

Already certified? If you’ve completed the First Aid at Work course within the last three years, you can take the 2-day requalification option to refresh your knowledge and remain compliant.
