Basic Life Support (Half-Day Course)
Learn Essential, Life-Saving Skills to Respond in an Emergency.
This half-day Basic Life Support (BLS) training course is designed to give participants the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills required to respond effectively in life-threatening situations. Participants will learn to deliver CPR, respond to choking incidents, manage bleeding, and use a defibrillator (AED) correctly — all in line with the UK Resuscitation Council guidelines.
